How much does shipping cost?

I made a mistake on my order. Can I cancel it?
Yes, but only if your order hasn't been shipped out yet. Let us know as soon as possible after you realize the mistake.
I received the wrong item/my order arrived damaged. What should I do?
If you received the wrong order or your item arrived damaged, please send us a message, with photos documenting the issue, at percichen.illustration@gmail.com. We'll get back to you asap!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow one to two weeks for your order to be sent out.
All orders have tracking numbers. You should receive an email with details as soon as your package is on it's way.
Since it's my first time operating an online store, I don't know how long the delivery time will be yet.
Do you ship internationally?
As of right now, we only ship within the EU. There are plans to implement international shipping in the future.
Which frames are you using?
I'm using aluminium frames from Klueber Profil 85.
They should be easy to find by searching "Klueber frame Miguel".
Can you sign a print in my order?
Gladly, just leave a comment on the "Special instructions" section during checkout. ^^
